Refunds
Full refunds apply for wrong orders reported within 2 hours with evidence, missing items, or non-delivery attributable to Kefilo.
Payments
All payments for orders placed on the Platform must be made in Indian Rupees (INR), through cards, UPI, wallets, or cash on delivery.
